Inugram is a community-developed Telegram Android patchset designed for users who want a cleaner interface, fewer unnecessary elements, and extensive control over everyday messaging. Rather than maintaining a completely separate traditional fork, it applies a collection of focused patches to the upstream Telegram Android codebase.

The project includes a plugin system with a JavaScript-based engine and a dedicated plugin SDK. Depending on the build, users and developers can work with supported extensions to customize or expand the client. Plugin availability and capabilities depend on the installed build and the plugins themselves.
