LibreTorrent — свободный торрент-клиент с открытым исходным кодом для Android 4 и выше, основанный на библиотеке libtorrent. Он имеет свой оперативный прокси и шифрование, которое сможет без проблем продеводействовать против правил, введённые правительством для ограничения, скажем, торрента до 64 кб/с. Никаких orbot / сторонних vpn / shadowsocks / многих других ресурсов для улучшения скорости — не нужны.
