Description
De-Bloater is an application that uses Magisk's capabilities to haphazardly remove unneeded applications. It easily removes system applications from "/system", "/vendor" and "/product" directories. Are you tired of unwanted apps installed on your device by the manufacturer? Do you want to clean up but don't want to permanently delete system apps? Are you worried about the consequences of removing some system applications? Then De-Bloater is the right address for you! ♤ Benefits ♤ - Easy removal of system applications in the "/system", "/vendor", and "/product" directories (reboot required). - Restore unwanted applications individually or as a whole (reboot required). - Includes pre-defined scripts with advanced features. - Elegant user interface with automatic dark/light themes. - And many more. □ NOTES □ Bootloop on some devices If you accidentally deleted some important applications and thereby got a bootloop, delete "/data/adb/modules/De-bloater" with the recovers. Note that De-Bloater contains its own auto-update implementation which (starting from version 0.10) is only available for installation from the GitHub release page (and thus for IzzyOnDroid). In this case, you can get the APK files provided by the developer directly from the official release page on GitHub. In case you accidentally delete some important apps and your phone boots, please delete "/data/adb/modules/De-bloater" via recovery. Please note that you have to reboot in order for the changes to take effect. How it works The app will haphazardly replace the selected APKs, making the Magisk module. As a result, you will see a new module (name: De-bloater). De-Bloater requires Root access and a fully functional Magisk environment, including modules, to work properly. As a result, De-Bloater will not work with other rooting solutions, and in Magisk kernel-only mode ♧ How do I use it? ♧ Open the application, click the uninstall button on each application you want to remove. The selected applications will be deleted systematically after a reboot. To restore an app, either reset the module (in the top menu) or selectively restore it from the second page. Note that you must reboot for the changes to take effect. How it works The app will haphazardly replace the selected APKs, making the Magisk module. As a result, you will see a new module (name: De-bloater). Troubleshooting In case you accidentally deleted some important apps and your phone boots, please remove "/data/adb/modules/De-bloater" via recovery.
